Reinke Manufacturing Company, Inc. of Deshler, NE is currently accepting applications for the position of Shipper/Receiver. The primary responsibilities of this position are to unload/load, transport, stage and deliver raw materials, work in process materials, and finished products to assigned locations. Shipping/Receiving personnel must perform duties with a high degree of accuracy. They must be able to make accurate transactions of material movement on computer or handheld terminals and operate a forklift. The position requires the ability to read and interpret stacking lists, load listings, bills of lading and other standard operating procedures. Shipping/Receiving personnel must be able to work in inclement weather; must be able to perform work of a physical nature; must be able to count correctly; and must be able to identify the various materials used to manufacture company products. Co., Inc. of Deshler, Nebraska is currently accepting applications for Robotics Welding Operator/ Technician. Under the general direction of the irrigation department supervisor, this new position will be responsible for efficient operation of an automated/ robotic pipe welding cell. Will monitor, setup, and perform basic programming and maintenance functions on equipment. Will make adjustments to equipment to ensure both operational efficiencies and quality standards are met. This position requires a thorough knowledge of welding, fabrication, production methods, and basic programming. Two to four years of previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Completion of a two year formal welding program (Associates in Welding Technology) with instruction in robotic welding and PLCs is preferred for this position, but not required. Examples of equipment used by Fabricators would be presses, shears, benders, saws, pedestal grinders, and drill presses. Fabricators must be able to read and interpret blueprints, product specifications, and other standard operating procedures. They must also have good communication skills; be able to work with limited supervision; and be able to demonstrate intiative, good judgment, and sound reasoning.
