Robotics Welding Operator

Reinke Mfg. Co., Inc. of Deshler, Nebraska is currently accepting applications for Robotics Welding Operator/ Technician. Under the general direction of the irrigation department supervisor, this new position will be responsible for efficient operation of an automated/ robotic pipe welding cell. Will monitor, setup, and perform basic programming and maintenance functions on equipment. Will make adjustments to equipment to ensure both operational efficiencies and quality standards are met. This position requires a thorough knowledge of welding, fabrication, production methods, and basic programming. Two to four years of previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Completion of a two year formal welding program (Associates in Welding Technology) with instruction in robotic welding and PLCs is preferred for this position, but not required.
