Sprinkler lube

Sprinkler Lube 1200 is a unique dual-property lubricant formulated especially for use in the wheel gear boxes of any make center pivot irrigation system.

Designed to assure maximum protection against leaking, corrosion, metal-to-metal contact, and wear, Sprinkler Lube 1200 remains thick where there's no movement and becomes highly fluid where there is movement.

This provides excellent flow and heat transfer around bearings and gears while remaining thicker at seal points to keep moisture out and lubrication in.

end guns

End guns are an economical way to add profitable acres to your farm operation. The optimum operating pressure for an end gun can range between 40 and 70 psi. It's based largely on the nozzle size of the end gun which is determined by the system length, total system flow (gpm), operating pressure and the distance of throw or effective coverage of the end gun.

bOOSTER pUMP

The booster pump itself is located at the end of the system next to the end gun for maximum efficiency.

A 2hp booster pump is available for end pressures of 25 psi or more with end gun flow rates up to 150 gpm.

​A 5hp booster pump can be used for end pressure below 25 psi with end gun flow rates up to 150 gpm or for end pressures of 25 psi or more with an end gun flow rate above 150 gpm.
