(DESHLER, Neb.) – March 31, 2025 – Reinke Manufacturing Co., Inc., a global leader in irrigation systems and technology, is proud to announce the completion of a $12 million investment in the modernization and automation of its manufacturing facilities. This initiative, first showcased during the 2024 Husker Harvest Days event, culminated in a ribbon cutting ceremony held on March 26, 2025.
This accomplishment drives forward the manufacturing of E3™, the world's first precision series of irrigation systems announced last fall, which is soon to be released for sale in domestic markets. Reinke has made significant progress in bringing this innovation to market, delivering unmatched accuracy and uniformity in water management while addressing growers' challenges with distribution and sustainability. An E3 system was also on display at the ribbon-cutting event, showcasing the advanced technology and precision that have become hallmarks of Reinke’s innovation.
“Reinke is continuing the legacy for providing the world’s finest irrigation systems”, said Chris Roth, President of Reinke Manufacturing. “With the advanced pipe cell, the precision going forward into our systems is amazing.”
The project introduced state-of-the-art robotic advancements, designed to streamline production and significantly reduce manufacturing times for key components used in Reinke’s precision center pivot irrigation systems. Reinke’s First Vice President, Russ Reinke, said, “Looking forward to wearing it out, and running the daylights out of it.”
Reinke’s ongoing commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction is underscored by these new robotic work cells, as well as the recent release of ReinCloud® 3 and RC3™, Reinke’s most advanced remote irrigation management solution to date.
Chris Roth also expressed gratitude, stating, “We thank the family for their unwavering commitment to reinvesting in our company’s products and facilities. Their dedication ensures that Reinke will continue to thrive for generations to come.”
The ceremony was attended by Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen, who lauded Reinke's innovation, saying, “It is a great day at Reinke. Their efforts in improving irrigation, chemical distribution, and farming efficiency are nothing short of transformative. It’s a gigantic game changer. Isn’t it incredible to accomplish something no one else has done?”
