Reinke Manufacturing Awards Employee/Student Scholarships to Area Students

(DESHLER, Neb. – May 11, 2020) – Reinke Manufacturing, a global leader in irrigation systems and technology, has awarded Reinke Employee/Student Scholarships to three area high school students to help them further their educations.

The Reinke Scholarship Program has given out 147 scholarships over the past 16 years through its Community and Employee/Student Scholarships.

The following recipients will receive a $1,000 Reinke Employee/Student Scholarships: 
  • James Snyder is the son of Jim and Julie Snyder. He will graduate from Nebraska Online and plans to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to study biological sciences with an emphasis on pre-dental studies. His father, Jim, is vice president of International Sales at Reinke.
  • Shaelynn Goodall is the daughter of Ken and Susan Goodall. She graduated from Deshler High School and is currently studying secondary education at the University of Nebraska-Kearney. Her father, Ken, is the director of North American Sales at Reinke.
  • Adam Roth is the son of Chris and Kim Roth. He will graduate from Deshler High School and will be in the honors program majoring in mechanical engineering with a minor in business at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His father, Chris, is president of Reinke.
The Reinke Manufacturing Community Scholarship Program is administered by Scholarship America, a non-profit organization that helps students fulfill their college dreams. Since the non-profit was founded in 1958, Scholarship America has distributed $4.3 billion to more than 2.6 million students, making it the nation’s largest private scholarship provider. The organization chose the scholarship recipients based on criteria including academic performance, demonstrated leadership, participation in school and community activities, work experience, extenuating personal or family circumstances, an outside appraisal and a statement of career and educational goals and aspirations.
