Reinke Awards Employee/Student Scholarships to Three Area Students

(DESHLER, Neb. – May 7, 2019) – Reinke Manufacturing is proud to announce that it has awarded the Reinke Employee/Student Scholarship to three area high school seniors as part of its Reinke Scholarship Program. This marks the 15th year of the Reinke Scholarship Program, which includes both the Community Scholarship and the Employee/Student Scholarship.

The Reinke Employee/Student Scholarship Program awards a total of three $1,000 scholarships to children of Reinke employees. This year’s scholarship recipients are:

• Alexia Fayle – she is the daughter of Rick and Lori Fayle of Deshler. She will graduate from Deshler Public School and attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln this fall. She plans to study business administration. Her father is a group leader for welding and her mother is a galvanizing planner/scheduler supervisor.

 

• McKenzie Johnson – she is the daughter of Dennis and Carol Johnson of Hebron. She will graduate from Thayer Central High School and plans to study broadcasting at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her father, Dennis, is a galvanizing scheduling assistant with Reinke.

 

• Sydney Roth – she is the daughter of Chris and Kim Roth. Sydney graduates from Deshler Public School with plans to study elementary education at Doane University. Her father, Chris, is president of Reinke.

The Reinke Manufacturing Employee/Student Scholarship Program is administered by Scholarship Management Services, a program of Scholarship America, the nation’s largest nonprofit private sector scholarship and educational support organization. The organization selected the recipients of the scholarships based on the standard Scholarship America criteria, including academic performance, demonstrated
leadership, participation in school and community activities, work experience, extenuating personal or family circumstances, an outside appraisal and a statement of career and educational goals and aspirations.
